Job description: We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our growing outdoor construction team. This role is responsible for assisting in the construction and installation of high-end outdoor living projects, including custom exterior structures, railings, privacy features, and related residential improvements. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works well in a team environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional results for homeowners. Key Responsibilities - Assist with the construction and installation of premium outdoor structures and residential exterior projects - Read and follow project plans, layouts, and supervisor instructions - Measure, cut, and install materials with precision and attention to detail - Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently - Prepare job sites, load/unload materials, and maintain organized work areas - Ensure projects meet company quality standards and building code requirements - Maintain a clean, safe, and skilled job site at all times - Communicate effectively with team members and project leaders - Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies Qualifications - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions - Comfortable using manufacturing equipment - Reliable transportation and punctual attendance - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Pay: $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oavwx
