About the Role As the Commercial Leasing Manager, you will take ownership of the leasing function across the portfolio, managing everything from tenant inquiries and property tours to lease negotiations and renewals. This is a highly visible, relationship‑driven role requiring someone who can quickly build trust, think commercially, and confidently guide tenants through leasing decisions. Key Responsibilities - Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant discussions - Drive rental increases and optimize leasing outcomes - Build and maintain strong tenant relationships - Coordinate and conduct property tours, including occasional evenings and weekends - Respond to tenant inquiries and leasing opportunities - Support leasing and marketing initiatives - Liaise between tenants, ownership, and stakeholders - Monitor market activity and industry trends - Identify opportunities to improve occupancy and tenant retention Qualifications - Experience in commercial leasing, property management, or a related field - Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and negotiations - Experience working directly with tenants and clients - Strong communication and relationship‑building skills - Self‑starter comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment - Ability to work onsite in Chatham‑Kent, Ontario - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties as required Compensation & Perks - Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 (Up to $175,000 for highly experienced candidates) - Performance‑based bonus - 100% employer‑paid benefits - Company vehicle and cell phone - Relocation support available Outlined Careers and our client are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
