Lead Maintenance Supervisor in Manufacturing, Kent (Blenheim)

Drive performance and safety as a Lead Maintenance Supervisor in a thriving manufacturing setting. This position offers a three-shift rotation focused on effective leadership.

You will oversee a skilled maintenance team while ensuring machinery operates at peak performance. Your experience, ranging from millwright to management, will significantly enhance efficiency and safety across all operations in the plant environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise all trades across shifts • Implement and maintain effective PM schedules • Troubleshoot and address mechanical faults promptly • Mentor and develop maintenance staff consistently • Conduct housekeeping inspections regularly

Requirements:• Millwright or Electrical certification essential • 5-10 years of management experience in manufacturing • Strong knowledge of IATF certifications • Familiarity with automotive industry processes • Previous experience in a unionized environment preferred
