Warehouse Coordinator, Kent (Blenheim)

About Penta Penta is an agricultural manufacturer specializing in the production of TMR mixers, spreaders, and dump boxes, with more than 25 years in business. We operate two production facilities in Ontario, located in Glencoe and Thamesville.

Responsibilities We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Thamesville. In this role, you will oversee parts inventory and support the day‑to‑day operations of the Parts&Service Department. Your responsibilities include:

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts from internal and external suppliers.

Maintain accurate inventory and location control through cycle counts and audits.

Pick, pack, stage, and ship parts orders with a high level of care and accuracy.

Manage ERP-driven replenishment and communicate stock issues affecting customer orders.

Support warranty, service, and quality teams with returns and RMA processes.

Assist with outbound loading, dunnage preparation, and warehouse organization.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Ideal Candidate We seek someone who takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory and well‑organized operations, understands the importance of structure, consistency, and attention to detail in a warehouse environment, and demonstrates the following:

Experience in a warehouse, parts, or supply chain environment.

Strong attention to detail in inventory control, labeling, and documentation.

Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits.

High accuracy in order picking, packing, and shipment preparation.

Experience working within an ERP system to manage replenishment, stock levels, and order requirements.

Strong communication skills across purchasing, sales, service, and shipping teams.
