Proactively generate new business through self‑sourced leads, supported by company‑generated call leads
Quote and sell tailored Home and Auto insurance solutions based on each client’s unique needs
Deliver exceptional service that builds trust and long‑term client relationships
Underwrite new policies with an eye for risk, pricing accuracy, and coverage alignment
Qualifications And Expertise That Pave the Way for Success
RIBO Licensed (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)
2+ years of experience in the insurance industry or personal lines
Proven sales ability with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Confident, proactive, and able to manage priorities independently
Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems

The compensation for this position is a variable structure– base salary plus commission. The expected base salary is $45,000‑$50,000, with commissions based on sales performance. Benefit and total compensation packages may include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid‑time‑off benefits, and eligible bonuses.
Required Experience: 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
Required Travel: No travel required.
