Lead the production team as a Production Manager in the food manufacturing sector. Drive quality and safety in production while managing a team of 120+ employees. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will report to the Director of Operations and oversee critical production processes. Your role involves setting strategic goals, managing sanitation activities, and ensuring quality control standards are met. You’ll engage with employees to identify process improvements and enhance food safety programs.
