Production Supervisor Chatham (Chatham-Kent)

One of our manufacturing clients in Chatham-Kent area is looking for Production Supervisor for their plant Shift Day and Afternoon rotation Pay Range $70K-$80K Supervise daily stamping and press operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved. Coordinate manpower, machine utilization, and production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Monitor press operations, tooling performance, and material flow to ensure smooth production processes. Troubleshoot production and equipment issues while working closely with maintenance and tool & die teams. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies. Train, mentor, and support production employees to improve performance, productivity, and teamwork. Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet customer specifications and manufacturing standards. Maintain production reports, downtime records, and shift documentation.
