Yard&Facility Maintenance - Summer Contract, Kent (Blenheim)

Job Responsibilities This position reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for facility and yard maintenance.

This role supports a clean, organized, and professional dealership appearance both inside and out.

Perform yard maintenance duties including grass cutting, trimming, weed removal and gravel/ditch area upkeep.

Execute general building maintenance such as painting, cleaning, organizing and sweeping.

Comply with applicable safety legislation.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

2+ years of experience in yard work.

Ability to operate a forklift; training will be provided.

Experience with turf equipment, trimmers and power tools would be an asset.

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Strong work ethic.

Must be able to manually lift heavy loads and weights up to 23kg (50lbs).

Wage Range

$19 - $22 per hour

Placement within the wage range is based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Applicants with more or less experience and qualifications may be placed outside the salary range.

Contract Length May 2026 - August 2026
