Yard & Facility Maintenance - Summer Contract (Chatham-Kent)

Job Responsibilities This position reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for facility and yard maintenance. This role supports a clean, organized, and professional dealership appearance both inside and out. Some examples of activities you will be involved with include: - Perform yard maintenance duties including grass cutting, trimming, weed removal and gravel/ditch area upkeep. - Execute general building maintenance such as painting, cleaning, organizing and sweeping. - Comply with applicable safety legislation. - Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications - Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. - 2+ years of experience in yard work. - Ability to operate a forklift; training will be provided. - Experience with turf equipment, trimmers and power tools would be an asset. - Excellent communication and organization skills. - Strong work ethic. - Must be able to manually lift heavy loads and weights up to 23kg (50lbs). Wage Range - $19 - $22 per hour - Placement within the wage range is based on skills, experience, and qualifications - Applicants with more or less experience and qualifications may be placed outside the salary range Contract Length - May 2026 - August 2026 Why Huron Tractor?
