Job description: We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our growing outdoor construction team. This role is responsible for assisting in the construction and installation of high-end outdoor living projects, including custom exterior structures, railings, privacy features, and related residential improvements. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works well in a team workplace, and is committed to delivering exceptional results for homeowners. Key Responsibilities Assist with the construction and installation of premium outdoor structures and residential exterior projects Read and follow project plans, layouts, and supervisor instructions Measure, cut, and install materials with precision and attention to detail Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Prepare job sites, load/unload materials, and maintain organized work areas Ensure projects meet company quality standards and building code requirements Maintain a clean, protected, and professional job site at all times Communicate effectively with team members and project leaders Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Solid work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable using manufacturing equipment Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Pay: $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oqmd9
