Job description: Progressive small-medium sized enterprise in Blenheim, Ontario is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to assist in a variety of production floor duties. The ideal candidate must be versatile and adaptable to multiple requirements of the role. A positive attitude and friendly demeanor will make the candidate an excellent fit in our setting. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS: Multiple tasks throughout manufacturing processes including; material handling, machine operation, product identification. Outdoor maintenance. Other duties as assigned. CORE JOB SKILLS & ASSETS: Ability to work effectively under daily deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. Oral and written communication skills. Basic computer comprehension of Microsoft Windows operating system. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to problem solve and exercise good judgment.
