As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team under the leadership of our Head Chef. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cook to prepare high-quality food that complements our craft beer selection. The ideal candidate will have experience in a quick-paced kitchen, a passion for cooking, and the ability to work well in a team. The Cook will report directly to the Head Chef and support the daily kitchen operations. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards set by the Head Chef. Ensure food is presented in an appealing and timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure excellent customer service. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Support special events as required. Experience Knowledge of food safety, handling, and preparation techniques is essential. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures is beneficial. Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help others in the kitchen are crucial for success in this role.
