As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our front-of-house team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. Job Summary We are looking for a service-driven Server/Bartender to join our front-of-house team at Glasstown Brewing Company. You will be the face of our guest experience by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service while preparing and serving beverages in a quick-paced brewery workplace. Responsibilities Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable table service to guests. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company standards. Recommend beers, menu items, cocktails, and specials with confidence. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, taproom, and service stations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking bar supplies as needed. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service. Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly. Ensure proper cash handling, POS accuracy, and payment processing. Verify guest identification and follow all alcohol service regulations. Support a positive team environment and lead by example through professionalism and solid work ethic. Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties. Qualifications & Skills Required: Valid Smart Serve Certification. Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred. Knowledge of beer styles, cocktails, and beverage service is considered an asset. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight when required. Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
