as a

Contracting Analyst . In this role, you’ll prepare contracts for the Distribution and Direct Purchase markets while gaining exposure to diverse areas, including Industrial Market Development, Legal, Gas Management, Billing, Accounts Payable, and Regulatory. This is a dynamic opportunity to build a strong foundation in contracting business while working in a collaborative, innovative environment.Note:

This is

not

a supply chain role. It does not involve purchasing contracts, nor are we seeking Professional Engineers or highly technical IT specialists. Key Responsibilities: Customer Inquiries:

Provide timely, professional responses to customer requests related to agreements, billing, and gas management. Investigate and resolve issues using Enerline, ConTrax, SAP, and other systems. Contract Management:

Analyze data, prepare contract packages, track approvals, and maintain documentation. Process Improvement:

Identify and execute opportunities for efficiency gains; participate in system testing and change management. Reporting:

Run and analyze WEBi reports to support contract management inquiries. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Math, or Economics. 2+ years of work experience. Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite) and familiarity with databases and query tools. Ability to manage multiple assignments with accuracy under tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Desired Assets: Experience with ConTrax, Enerline, SAP CIS, WEBi, Adobe Acrobat. Understanding of contract administration, billing, and financial systems. Knowledge of Large Volume Contract language and rates. Customer service/contact experience.Background in natural gas or utilities market. Additional Details: Overtime may be required during monthly and annual contracting cycles. Vacation scheduling is coordinated around contracting cycles.
