General Labourer, Kent (Blenheim)

General Labourer $17.60/hr.

Location: Staples, ON

Department: Cultivation&Post-Harvest

Reports to: Labour Manager

What You’ll Do

Caring for and maintaining cannabis plants through all stages of cultivation— cloning, transplanting, pruning, pest management, harvesting, trimming, and packaging.

Mixing nutrients, monitoring irrigation systems, and tracking plant growth to ensure every crop reaches its full potential.

Performing facility and equipment sanitation to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance.

Documenting data and completing production batch records to support regulatory compliance and product traceability.

Operating processing equipment and assisting with setup and maintenance of post-harvest areas.

Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPP) to meet Health Canada standards.

Supporting a positive, team-oriented workplace culture and promoting Auxly’s commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.

Contributing to other cultivation or post-harvest activities as needed— every day is different here!

What You Bring

Education or experience in horticulture, agriculture, or production is an asset— but a great attitude and work ethic matter most!

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions with precision.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with a small, collaborative team.

Dependable, organized, and focused on quality and safety.

Excellent communication and time‑management skills.

Able to work independently while contributing to shared goals.

Schedule

10–12 hour shifts

Weekend work as needed

Background check required.
