Motivated and grounded individual seeking an opportunity with a non-profit, outreach team, or support organization in Chilliwack. I’m not a certified social worker, but I bring a wealth of frontline experience and real-world understanding that helps me connect with people others often can’t reach.
What I bring to the table:
  
  •    2+ years as a Security Supervisor supporting vulnerable and unhoused populations in Kamloops
   
 •    Certified in Mental Health First Aid & OFA1
   
 •    Strong communication skills and proven crisis management experience
    
•    Deep empathy and insight from lived experience with addiction, recovery, and system involvement
  
  •     A calm, non-judgmental, and street-smart approach that builds trust fast
I’m ready to work, willing to learn, and passionate about helping others. I’ve turned my life around and I want to give back — whether it’s through outreach, peer support, harm reduction, or front-desk/client service in a community setting.
I’m looking for paid work (full-time or part-time) in a role where I can make a difference — and grow in the field of community support or social services.
