Cook/Line Cook (Cultus Lake)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook/Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service. The Cook/Line Cook will be responsible for preparing menu items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients - Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation - Serve dishes promptly and accurately to customers or servers - Keep workstations clean and organized throughout shifts - Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations - Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients Qualifications - Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods - Familiarity with food handling safety standards and regulations - Strong understanding of meal preparation and presentation - Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail - Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Food industry experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join our team as a Cook/Line Cook and bring your culinary skills to create memorable dining experiences while working in a supportive environment focused on quality and safety.
