However, flexibility to work in various job locations across British Columbia is required. Travel expenses are covered. Job Summary: The Landscape Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of landscaping and grounds maintenance workers. This role ensures landscaped areas are properly planned, installed, maintained, and meet company and client standards. The supervisor oversees daily operations, staff performance, scheduling, materials, and safety, while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time. Main Duties: The Landscape Supervisor performs some or all of the following duties: · Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in maintaining lawns, gardens, parks and other landscaped areas · Plan and oversee the planting and maintenance of lawns, gardens, shrubs and hedges. · Coordinate and supervise the construction and installation of soil materials in high rises with specialized equipment (Pneumatic Blowers). · Estimate labour, equipment and material requirements for projects · Schedule workers, determine procedures and priorities and coordinate activities with other worksite teams. · Monitor progress, resolve work-related issues and ensure quality and safety standards are met · Prepare and submit progress reports, time records, and other operational documentation · Requisition supplies, tools, and materials as required · May oversee or participate in snow removal and winter maintenance services, as required Employment Requirements: · Completion of secondary school is required. · 2 years of experience as a landscape or horticulture worker or technician are required, with at least 1 year working in large-scale multi-story residential or commercial buildings. · Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role is required. · Flexibility to work in various job locations (work out of town). · Standing on your feet for long periods · Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects · Rappelling Certificate is an asset · Fall protection Certificate is an asset · 1 yr experience working with mulch blower machine is required · Valid driver’s licence How to apply: Email resume to: Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $37.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - RRSP match Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2026-04-04 Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o4hwu
