Enhance customer support with ECCO Supply as a Distributor Service Representative. Deliver technical assistance, conduct training, and ensure seamless equipment installation and service. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive support and training to customers and staff on major HVAC equipment lines. Your responsibilities will include maintaining customer relationships, troubleshooting operational problems, and demonstrating current product features. You will also be involved in developing training curricula and conducting sessions to improve knowledge across ECCO Supply.
