We specialize in custom websites, long-term SEO, and performance-focused digital marketing. The Role We’re looking for an SEO Implementation Specialist to join our team and support the implementation and ongoing optimization of SEO campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys executing SEO improvements and working collaboratively within a production-focused team workplace. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable independently managing recurring SEO tasks across multiple client campaigns. Your work will support ongoing improvements in rankings, traffic quality, and long-term search visibility across client campaigns. Responsibilities - Conduct keyword research and competitor reviews to support ongoing SEO campaigns - Optimize on-page SEO elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure - Implement SEO recommendations and optimization tasks based on established campaign plans - Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console - Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them - Assist with content optimization and content planning based on search intent - Assist with PPC campaign maintenance and optimization tasks - Prioritize and manage ongoing SEO tasks across multiple active client campaigns - Stay up to date with current SEO best practices, platform updates, and search engine changes - Perform content and SEO edits primarily within WordPress-based websites Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within an agency or multi-client environment - Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-site SEO fundamentals - Experience working with CMS platforms, especially WordPress - Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager - Ability to edit and optimize client content directly within CMS environments - Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced agency environment - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Nice to Have (but not required) - Experience working in an agency environment - Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and performance optimization - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS - Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profiles Benefits & Perks - Fully remote position (Canada-based) - Flexible working hours - Extended health and dental coverage - Paid time off - Casual, supportive work culture - Wellness program - Overtime pay when applicable If you’re passionate about SEO, enjoy solving real problems for real businesses, and want to work with a team that values long-term results over gimmicks, we’d love to hear from you.
