Description
Position Summary The NCA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support to support daily office operations and assist in our Plans Room services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, enjoys working with members, and has strong administrative and technical skills. Key Responsibilities · Administrative Duties · Provide general administrative support to the General Manager and team · Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet members and visitors · Maintain office filing systems · Plans Room Duties · NCA Plans Room (digital and physical where applicable) · Upload, organize, rename and maintain project drawings and specifications · Update the Weekly Bulletin with new project postings and updates · Assist members with accessing plans, documents, and tender information · Coordinate printing, scanning, and distribution of drawings · Liaise with owners, contractors, consultants, and project owners regarding project listings · Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all posted information Qualifications · 2+ years of administrative experience (construction industry experience is an asset) · Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) · Excellent communication and customer service skills · High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities · Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines · Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Assets (Nice to Have) · Experience with construction drawings, tenders, or plans rooms Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Perks: In office parking Experience: Administrative: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nm89e
