This role guides customers through their purchase and assists with any last-minute questions or product selections. You are a trusted member of the overall team and are responsible for handling payment and transactions with great accuracy. Nature''s Fare Markets might just be the right place for you! Assist customers with questions they may have about products we and give suggestions based on their needs (dont worry, we will train you on this!) Work with your team to stock displays throughout the day so it is easily accessible for customers when they need it. Use your creativity and eye for detail to make attractive and organized displays. Learn about new products and featured products that are on sale through Natures Fares flyers and magazines. In other words, you will help others, share your knowledge on our amazing products, be safe, be a great team player and have fun! WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Experience in produce, grocery, gardening and/or retail environment is preferred but not needed Experience in a customer service role is needed A passion for local, organic and sustainable food and natural supplements Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to peoples health and wellbeing Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment Like to have fun! ***The successful candidates will be available to work AM/PM, weekdays and weekends up to 24 hours per week. *** Put your passion into work that matters with a growing, BC-based company committed to be a better company for our customers, our employees, and the planet.
