Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook/Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to food safety and quality are paramount. The Cook/Line Cook will be responsible for preparing menu items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation Serve dishes promptly and accurately to customers or servers Keep workstations clean and organized throughout shifts Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies Collaborate with team members to ensure productive kitchen operations Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen workplace preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with food handling safety standards and regulations Strong understanding of meal preparation and presentation Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Food industry experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join our team as a Cook/Line Cook and bring your culinary skills to create memorable dining experiences while working in a supportive environment focused on quality and safety.
