Current Opportunity: Organizational Change Enablement Consultant (Remote, Canada) Are you an expert in enterprise-scale Change Management looking to make a systemic impact? I am currently recruiting for an Organizational Change Enablement Consultant to partner with our client. This is a 6-month contract (with high potential for extension up to 12 months) focused on designing and embedding portfolio-level change mechanisms, rather than traditional project-level OCM. The Details: - Location: 100% Remote (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET) - Duration: 6 months+ - Eligibility: T4 Candidates Only Top 3 Must-Haves: - Proven experience leading change across large-scale enterprise transformations and cross-functional programs. - A strong track record of designing and operationalizing portfolio-level change management across multiple initiatives. - Experience building scalable mechanisms and utilizing portfolio-level tools to manage cumulative change impact.
