We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join a fast-paced industrial supply environment. This role is ideal for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys handling inquiries, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing, and providing product solutions to contractors and trade customers. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls and emails Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on inquiries Negotiate pricing and offer suitable product alternatives when needed Resolve customer service issues efficiently and professionally Build and maintain solid relationships with contractors and repeat customers Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and inventory Work closely with the warehouse and counter team to ensure smooth order fulfillment Requirements 35 years of inside sales experience, preferably in electrical, industrial, or construction supply Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Comfortable negotiating pricing and closing sales Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p16i4
