We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team! This role is for someone who knows how to own a client relationship from first brief to final deliverable, and who has the commercial instincts to grow accounts over time. This is a senior individual contributor role with real autonomy, high expectations, and a portfolio of clients who operate in some of the most interesting sectors in the economy.

A relationship builder who earns trust quickly, handles difficult conversations without flinching, and brings enough business acumen to talk to a C-Suite Executive like a true strategic partner. You've worked in an agency. You understand the pace. You're motivated by growth, both your clients' and your own.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Own a portfolio of accounts as the senior point of contact and relationship lead
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders at multiple levels
- Lead status meetings, quarterly reviews, and strategic check-ins
- Manage escalations and difficult conversations with professionalism and resolution-focus
- Maintain a high standard of client experience across every touchpoint
Business Development & Account Growth
- Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts such as scope expansions, new service lines and project extensions
- Develop and present proposals and growth strategies in partnership with internal teams
- Contribute to pitches, RFPs, and new business conversations where relevant
- Apply a consultative approach to client conversations, positioning SitePartners as a strategic partner, not a vendor
Project & Delivery Oversight
- Own accountability for successful delivery within your portfolio alongside the Operations team
- Manage scope changes, timeline adjustments, and budget conversations with clarity and confidence
- Ensure clear and accurate internal briefing to set creative, digital, and production teams up for success
- Proactively flag risks, resourcing concerns, or scope creep before they become problems
Industry & Business Knowledge
- Maintain a current, working knowledge of the industrial sector — construction, manufacturing, and resource industries
- Stay informed on broader business and economic news and how market shifts translate to client challenges and opportunities
- Proactively seek out industry knowledge through trade publications, podcasts, books, and professional events
- Bring that knowledge into client conversations to demonstrate credibility as a strategic partner
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an account management role, ideally within a marketing or creative agency
- Previous titles may include Account Manager, Account Executive, or Account Supervisor
- Agency experience is a huge asset
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships with a high degree of autonomy
- Sales or business development instincts so comfortable identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
- Experience managing difficult client conversations and escalations with professionalism
- Comfortable with project management, juggling multiple accounts and deliverables simultaneously
- Working knowledge of brand, design, video, web, and digital marketing sufficient to guide client conversations and provide sound feedback
- Industrial sector experience is a strong asset, though not required

Benefits of Working for SitePartners
- Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 (based on experience)
