In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of our front office team, showcasing your customer service skills and experience in hotel environments. As the first point of contact, you’ll ensure guests feel valued and catered to during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:• Welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy • Process daily room and rate changes efficiently • Ensure completeness of guest registration cards • Utilize Maestro for guest check-ins and follow-ups • Manage checkout service and account accuracy
Requirements:• At least 1 year in a busy front desk role • Strong cash handling and organization skills • Excellent communication abilities with guests • Capable of multitasking and working under pressure • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is beneficial
