Job Duties: · Monitor and assess daily sales activities at the business to maximize performance and efficiency. · Direct cashiers by delegating specific tasks to ensure seamless operations across the gas station and convenience store · Investigate local market conditions to gauge potential sales and understand the competitive landscape. · Work with vendors to secure favorable terms for purchasing gasoline, diesel, propane and convenience store products. · Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and increase the store's presence within the community. · Plan budgets, approve expenditures, and monitor revenue to maintain the store's financial stability. · Evaluate the level of service provided, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may occur. · Oversee hiring, training, and retention initiatives to cultivate a skilled and dedicated team. · Authorize payments, verify fuel transactions, and manage returns or exchanges of convenience store merchandise while ensuring compliance with store policies and maintaining customer satisfaction · Monitor inventory levels of gasoline, diesel, and propane, and order convenience store merchandise such as snacks, beverages, groceries, lottery tickets and tobacco products to ensure the store remains well-stocked and prepared to meet customer demand. · Ensure the store’s visual and operational standards, including product displays, fuel pump areas, signage, cleanliness, to create a safe and appealing environment for customers · Prepare and maintain reports on fuel sales, convenience store sales volumes, merchandising activities, and personnel matters · Manage payroll administration · May perform other duties as required by the business.
