Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service/Office Administrator to join our team. Based out of our Chilliwack office, this role supports both customer service functions and general office administration. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Experience in the construction industry and/or administrative support is considered a strong asset. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Duties - Respond to inbound calls and emails from existing and potential customers - Make outbound calls to follow up with clients or provide updates - Set up new sites and client details in the company database (CRM) - Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences - Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-through Office Administration Duties - Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage email correspondence - Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure the office remains well-stocked and organized - Schedule meetings and appointments for team members - Handle data entry, filing, and general record keeping - Assist with coordinating external vendors and service providers - Support day-to-day office functions and contribute to a clean and tidy workspace - Take on special projects or other administrative duties as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset - 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience - Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Google Suite - Experience with CRM systems and fast-paced office environments - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain detail-oriented under pressure - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle sensitive information professionally This is more than a job - it’s your opportunity to be part of something bigger.
