Job Summary We are looking for experienced line cooks to join our team. We specialize in Italian and from scratch cooking, putting your expertise to good use. We are a busy restaurant, especially in the summer so being comfortable and fast on the line is essential. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours Experience - Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role within the food industry is a must. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a kitchen environment. - Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment used in meal preparation. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. - good communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
