Position: Project Leader - Engineering Location: Darlington, ON (Onsite) Structure: Contract 12 months to start Pay: $70.00 - $78.00 p/h inc. + HST -- We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Energy Sector clients in a contract capacity! Deliverables Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary projects through all project phases, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives Develop and manage project governance deliverables including WBS structures, schedules, estimates, risk management plans, contract specifications, and project reporting Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to support successful project execution, regulatory compliance, and issue resolution Monitor project performance through forecasting, variance analysis, change management, and corrective action planning while maintaining strong project controls and documentation Experience Required 68 years of project management experience within nuclear, power generation, heavy industrial, or large infrastructure environments Strong knowledge of full project lifecycle delivery, including initiation, planning, execution, closeout, scheduling, cost management, and risk management Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving contract management, procurement, construction coordination, and regulatory requirements Strong understanding of project controls, forecasting, quality assurance, health & safety, and commercial contracting methods Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience), with excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills -- CorGTA is an equal prospect employer, please apply with an updated resume and ensure the required skills you are able to speak to for this position are included.
