Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service throughout their dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and utensils in accordance with food safety regulations. Assist with food preparation as needed and ensure proper food handling techniques are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Follow all restaurant policies regarding sanitation, safety, and guest services. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced workplace. Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality field.
