What You’ll Do - Lead and oversee daily service operations — from shop scheduling to technician efficiency. - Partner with store management to develop and achieve annual service budgets and measurable goals. - Drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues with professionalism and care. - Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a talented service team to grow both personally and professionally. - Manage financial performance, ensuring profitability and operational excellence. - Maintain proper documentation and reporting to assess department and team performance. - Ensure the service department is fully equipped, safe, and running at peak efficiency. - Collaborate with sales, parts, and marketing teams to create a seamless, customer‑first experience. What You Bring - 5+ years of leadership experience in a dealership or service‑oriented environment, managing teams of 10+ people. - Solid understanding of financial management and P&L; accountability. - Strong organizational and time management skills — thrives under pressure and tight deadlines. - Proven ability to lead change, improve processes, and drive results. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint). - Mechanical aptitude or technical understanding is an asset.
