Construction Laborer Summer Cobourg

Purpose of this position: To perform various construction tasks with emphasis on painting, as well as assisting with construction projects in a manner that does not interfere with the quiet and relaxation of the guests at Ste. Anne’s. Key Responsibilities: Preparing surfaces for paint Painting/staining fences, decks, siding, windows and doors Assist the construction team where required Keep job sites clean and as respectful of quiet spaces as possible Secure use and understanding of power tools such as saws, drills, hand tools, etc. Job Requirements: Capable of lifting 50-100lbs on a regular basis Wear all recommended PPE, such as safety boots, gloves, eye protection, and fall protection as necessary when working on projects Monday to Friday availability, and willing to occasionally come in early or stay late to meet significant project deadlines 1 year of relevant experience Job Types: Full time, Seasonal Pay: $20.60 per hour Benefits: Employee assistance program Versatile language requirement: French not required Application question(s): Are you willing to undergo a criminal record check?
