CNC Planer Mill Operator, West Northumberland County (Millbrook)

Performs routine machining tasks on CNC planer mill

Supervisory Responsibilities None

General Responsibilities

Ability to read blueprints

Understand dimensional tolerances

Adjust feeds and speeds accordingly

Knowledge of layouts and part setups

Able to use micrometers and calipers

Ability to operate a horizontal boring mill for the processes of milling, drilling, and tapping operations.

Ability to perform routine machine maintenance

Must work in full compliance with all approved safety regulations

Operate cnc planer mill using Fanuc OiM-F controller.

Skills Self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible

Job Qualifications

Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience

Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail

Conversational programming is a plus, but not a requirement.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.

Ability to bend, lift, stretch, reach, push and pull
