The Production Team Member is responsible for performing various tasks on the production line to assemble, package, or process products according to company standard operating procedures. This role supports the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing processes and contributes to meeting production targets while maintaining product quality.Essential Job Functions: General Operate machinery or hand tools to assemble, fabricate, or package products. Follow SOP, production schedules, and safety procedures. Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.Accurately record production data and material usage. Assist with material handling, inventory, and line setup as needed. High school diploma or GED required. Experience working with rotational molding or injection molding is preferred but not required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Computer knowledge. Ability to convey a professional image and demonstrate a strong commitment to Company objectives.Demonstrate sound business judgment and a high level of integrity at all times. Accuracy, attention to detail, math skills, and reasoning ability. Ability to learn, retain and convey general product information in order to assist customers and salespeople. Ability to keep Company information in strict confidence and adhere to Company policies and procedures at all times.Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

The work is typically performed in a warehouse environment that is frequently subject to high temperatures. PPE includes safety goggles, gloves, and CSA approved work boots hearing protection. A significant portion of the workday involves standing, walking, siting, bending, kneeling, climbing and lifting.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to move heavy objects with assistive devices: forklifts and pallet jacks. Manual dexterity and good eye-hand coordination are needed for some tasks. Tasks like loading and unloading product may involve repetitive hand and arm movements.The normal work week is up to 40 hours, but the hours will vary according to production demands. Some overtime may be required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
