Direct manufacturing processes and lead teams as Parts Manager in custom component production. Focus on improving project performance and customer satisfaction through strategic leadership.
As a pivotal figure in the organization, you will be responsible for managing the execution of manufacturing projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Your role encompasses team leadership, customer relationship management, and continual process improvements. Additionally, you will establish departmental goals and oversee compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide leadership in manufacturing project execution • Create and implement departmental success plans • Manage project timelines and budgetary constraints • Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers • Lead ongoing staff development and training initiatives
Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering • 5 years of experience in manufacturing or procurement • 3+ years in a managerial role • Knowledge of NDE techniques and cost estimation • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
