Fixed Operations Manager - Cobourg Mazda Cobourg Mazda, part of the Gyro family-owned group of dealerships, is looking for a driven, process-oriented, and people-focused Fixed Operations Manager to lead our Service and Parts departments. As a smaller-town dealership with long-tenured staff and a strong reputation in the community, we pride ourselves on maintaining a positive culture, promoting from within, and recognizing team members who contribute to the growth and success of the store. Our dealership operates at a high level with a strong focus on process, customer experience, and accountability, reflected through consistently strong customer satisfaction performance and a service retention rate approaching 70%. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who wants to make a direct impact on department performance, profitability, and retention.
