If you''re ready to put your skills to work on projects that matter u2014 and build a career with a company thatu2019s building North America u2014 we want to hear from you! **ABOUT THE ROLE** As a member of the Mosport site team, the loader operator will execute the daily tasks of operating and maintaining the loader in accordance with Lafargeu2019s Best Practices and Policies as well as perform all administration related to the equipmentu2019s operation. **WHAT YOUu2019LL ACCOMPLISH** Promote safety culture through engagement with employees, JHSC, subcontractors and suppliers, implementation and maintenance of local and regional initiatives with an objective of u201czerou201d safety incidents. Promote safety policies, processes and review procedures to ensure that site meets or exceeds all Lafarge and Regulatory guidelines. Ensure that plant and surrounding site is kept safe, presentable, and functional. Load highway trucks with the correct amount and type of material as per the driver or scale master. Ensure that material shipped is free of frozen lumps and contamination. Manage stockpiles safety with respect to frozen lumps and frozen stockpile faces. Load mobile screening plant to ensure daily production targets are met. Aid in repairs to mobile plant as necessary. Ensure that site meets or exceeds all Lafarge and Regulatory guidelines. Perform daily inspections as part of our preventative maintenance program and ensure assigned equipment is operated to manufacturer specifications. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours. **WHAT WEu2019RE LOOKING FOR** **Education:** Secondary school diploma or equivalent. **Experience:** Industrial plant operation experience or heavy equipment operation experience are considered assets. **Training/Certifications:** Specific mobile equipment training, Specific Module surface miner training, and 980 Operating Training Course (Toromont). **Technical Skills:** Mechanical aptitude; computer literacy is an asset. **Travel:** Approximately 5%. **Additional Requirements:** Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (''PPE''), including but not limited to respirators.
