We are currently seeking highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to fill 2 part-time positions. The successful candidates will demonstrate a proven track record in a fast paced, customer driven environment. Responsibilities include servicing our existing customer base and attracting current customers from telephone and internet inquiries as well as processing U-Haul truck and trailer reservations and rentals. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will contribute to your success within our organization. Responsibilities Processing rental payments from existing customers handling new customer inquiries and needs Overseeing customer move-ins and move-outs Generating sales over the phone with customers Processing collection calls on outstanding client accounts U-Haul Truck & Trailer rentals and reservations Experience Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service setting Experience with MS Office Suite Reliable and punctual Very organized Job Type: Part time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p5nso
