Duties - Prepare and serve a variety of food items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met - Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and cooking ingredients as needed - Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures - Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and delivering meals promptly - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces - Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining environment - Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow - Restock supplies and ingredients as required to maintain efficient operations Skills - Experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred - Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards - Ability to prepare a variety of foods with attention to quality and presentation - Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities - Familiarity with food preparation techniques such as cooking and meal assembly - Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Positive communication skills and teamwork orientation - Willingness to learn new culinary skills and adapt to different roles within the kitchen This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry who are eager to develop their skills in a professional setting.
