Landscape Construction & Property Maintenance Labourer Job Summary Northumberland Landscaping Inc. is seeking motivated, hardworking, and reliable Landscape Construction & Property Maintenance Labourers to join our growing team. This position involves a wide variety of outdoor landscaping, hardscaping, property maintenance, and general labour tasks throughout Northumberland County. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, enjoy working outdoors, and are willing to learn and grow within the landscaping industry. Experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidates. Responsibilities Assist with landscape construction and installation projects Install interlock patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, garden beds, and outdoor features Perform property maintenance including lawn care, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, mulching, and garden maintenance Operate landscaping equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively Assist with excavation, grading, soil preparation, and material movement Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials and equipment Support irrigation, drainage, and outdoor construction projects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally Follow company safety procedures and job site expectations Qualifications Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labour experience is considered an asset Experience with interlock, hardscaping, excavation, or property maintenance is beneficial Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Solid work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well independently and within a team environment Reliable transportation to and from work is preferred Valid driver’s license is considered an asset Willingness to learn new skills and operate equipment safely What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Hands-on training and skill development Full time seasonal opportunities with potential for long-term employment A supportive and team-oriented work environment Northumberland Landscaping Inc. proudly serves homeowners and businesses throughout Northumberland County with skilled landscaping, hardscaping, and property maintenance services.
