Key Responsibilities:• Promote service excellence with the Interdisciplinary Team • Assist in mobility and self-care under Therapist’s guidance • Report changes in resident behavior or condition • Maintain documentation of care interventions accurately • Coordinate volunteer involvement in therapy

Requirements:• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent • One year of recreational experience in therapy settings • Working knowledge of recreational program modalities • Excellent observation and communication skills • Ability to work in demanding environments
