This role emphasizes ensuring food safety and quality while directing Dietary Aides during meal services. Scheduled shifts are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:• Review and prepare therapeutic menus as required • Ensure food quality and proper kitchen equipment use • Lead Dietary Aides in meal preparation and serving • Manage food portioning and timely meal service • Keep records of menus, deliveries, and safety checks

Requirements:• Chef training or culinary qualification required • Previous experience in institutional cooking preferred • Strong understanding of safety practices in kitchens • Leadership ability in a fast-paced cooking environment • Completion of background checks required
