Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the daily food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all food handling practices comply with safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor food inventory levels Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
