HTM is looking for a seasoned Claims Adjuster with 5–10 years of multi-line experience. Your role involves investigating and managing auto, property, and liability claims, as well as negotiating settlements. Key Responsibilities:• Investigate and manage complex auto, property, and liability claims • Assess coverage and adjust reserves accurately • Negotiate settlements and process payments seamlessly • Identify subrogation opportunities with experts • Communicate effectively with policyholders and stakeholders

Requirements:• 5–10 years of claims adjusting experience • College diploma or university degree; CIP/FCIP preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities • Detail-oriented with effective workload management
