With over five years of experience in a related environment, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely and cost-effective materials procurement while maintaining strong vendor liaisons.

Key Responsibilities:• Place and amend purchase orders as required • Prepare vendor RFQs for materials and products • Identify and negotiate with suitable vendors • Expedite deliveries to meet production targets • Collect and prepare information for procurement reports

Requirements:• 5+ years purchasing experience in a similar environment • Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management • Education equivalent to 4 years high school • WHMIS and Health&Safety training• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
