Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Associate The Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Associate is responsible for the coordination of telephone referrals, verification of criteria and appropriate funding in setting up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services. Receive and process client walk‑in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk‑in clients.

What you will enjoy doing*

Coordinate telephone referrals, verify eligibility criteria and appropriate funding, and set up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services.

Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone and walk‑in orders, answering questions, tracing order and shipment status, and resolving issues.

Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, and maintain the ongoing accuracy of customer information.

Support Territory Managers by balancing time between inside sales and customer service duties, helping the team achieve targeted sales budgets.

Collect payments to ensure customer accounts remain current and track customer orders in JDE to confirm delivery and billing are completed.

Manage daily cash reconciliation and prepare bank deposits.

Ensure all outgoing mail is sent daily.

High school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.

Retail sales experience is preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong computer skills are considered an asset.

A commitment to safety is essential.

Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both existing and new customers, while maintaining knowledge of growth and development areas in home care sales.

This is an existing position with an annual salary range of $46,000 - $53,000.
