Project Manager Nuclear Engineering Projects, Port Hope

Join Aecon’s New Build Nuclear team as Project Manager, driving strategic projects and partnerships in nuclear energy. This role supports the expansion of Small Modular Reactor and large-scale projects across North America.

In this Project Manager position, you'll report to the Sr. Director and lead efforts in advancing nuclear project priorities. Your background in engineering and construction management will be crucial as you identify leads and coordinate teams to achieve project goals. A mentorship approach will support team development within the nuclear industry.

Key Responsibilities:• Identify and develop strategic partnerships in the nuclear sector • Lead project meetings to ensure all deliverables are met • Create and implement effective action plans for project performance • Monitor project resources and identify constraints • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in construction management or engineering • 10-15 years of relevant project management experience • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Experience in evaluation of project trendsand metrics
