Summary Description Under general supervision, the Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for residents, staff and guests. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming communications, performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations, and addressing inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency. Specific Duties and Responsibilities - Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area - Manage meeting room and guest suite bookings - Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries - Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying - Provide information and support to residents, visitors and staff as needed - Maintain building and resident security by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor passes, etc.) - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations - Documents and communicates actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to maintain continuity among work teams - Responsible for operating and maintaining office machines, including printers, copiers, and fax - Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations of Origin at Spring Creek Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Benefits: - Dental care - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - In office parking - Vision care Education: - Secondary School (preferred) Experience: - receptionist: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o4e05
